November 5,
Solaire’s Main Lobby transformed into a glowing haven of gold and light for its
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony -- a night filled with music, elegance, and festive spirit.

The evening began with a stunning lineup of performances that perfectly captured the joy of the season. The
Ambassadors for Christ Chamber Singers filled the air with timeless carols, followed by a graceful performance by
Ballet Philippines, their every movement a reflection of the season’s beauty. And when
Carla Guevara Laforteza took the stage with her soulful voice, the entire lobby felt wrapped in the warmth of Christmas.

As the lights dimmed and the grand Christmas tree came alive, the crowd collectively gasped -- a golden glow illuminating the faces of guests, including
Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez,

DOT Assistant Secretary Sharlene Batin, and Solaire’s top executives. It was a moment that truly marked the beginning of the holidays at Solaire.

A Feast to Remember at Finestra
After the ceremony, we headed to
Finestra, Solaire’s fine Italian restaurant, for a curated four-course dinner that turned the evening into a complete sensory experience.
The meal began with
Pan-fried Hokkaido scallops and red gazpacho (Antipasto) -- a refreshing and delicate start. Then came the
Egg yolk garganeli with sun-blushed tomato pesto, tuna, and salted ricotta cheese (Primo), rich and full of balanced flavors. The highlight of the night was the
Dry-aged whisky tomahawk (Secondo), perfectly served with mashed potato, grilled vegetables, and smoked mac and cheese. And for dessert, a sweet finish of
Pineapple granite, rhum frangipane, and white chocolate (Dolce) sealed the evening beautifully.
