MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix 

Moist, dense, soft, and sweet  -- Banana Cakes are simple to make and enjoyable to eat whether served as it is, or with added creativity for endless variations and possibilities! With MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix, preparing your banana cake base is made even simpler, yummier, and fail-proof. What I love about this product is that you don't need a conventional or convection oven. Even with just oven toaster or steamer, which is my case, you can still make delicious cake!

Here are some easy recipes to jazz up your banana cake:

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CAKE
MAYA Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cake
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cake 

Ingredients
  • 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix 230g
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 pieces ripe banana mashed
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
Peanut Butter Glaze:
  • ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Peanut butter chips or chocolate chips for topping

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C. Grease and line an 8x3-inch loaf pan. Set aside
  2. In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and water
  3. Pour batter in prepared pan
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until cake is set and lightly golden brown
  5. In a bowl, mix together glaze ingredients until smooth
  6. Drizzle prepared glaze onto cooled cake. Top with peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, or nuts, as desired

ICE CREAM BANANA BREAD
MAYA Ice Cream Banana Bread
Ice Cream Banana Bread 

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 pieces egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 pieces banana ripe and mashed
  • 2 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix 230 grams
  • 1 pint vanilla flavored ice cream
  • 1 pint chocolate flavored ice cream

Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease and line 9 x 4 loaf pan. Set aside
  2. In a bowl, mix oil, eggs, milk, and mashed bananas. Mix well
  3. Add banana cake mix and mix until well blended
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
  5. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes and remove banana bread from the pan. Slice banana bread into 3 parts
  6. Line the loaf pan with plastic wrap and place the bottom part of the banana bread, then pour and spread the cheese flavored ice cream, then put on top of the ice cream the mid part of the banana bread, then pour and spread the chocolate flavored ice cream, then lastly, put the top layer of the banana bread.
  7. Cover the ice cream banana bread with plastic wraps and place it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours or until the ice cream freeze again
  8. Slice ice cream banana bread and drizzle it with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Serve
