Paradise Dynasty: New Dishes Alert! Deep-fried Duck, Grouper, and more!

Paradise Dynasty - The Podium

Paradise Dynasty, a dining destination to satisfy your Chinese food cravings and longing for those colorful xiao long bao, just gave you more reasons to visit this grand yet reasonably-priced restaurant.

Four NEW dishes were launched mid-September 2018 at their The Podium branch and soon available at S' Maison Conrad.

Deep-fried Duck with Steamed Bun (1,288Php)
Perfectly marinated duck with white peppercorns and Sichuan pepper carefully fried to ensure the crispy texture
Deep-fried Duck with Steamed Bun

Deep-fried Duck comes with steamed buns but can also be enjoyed with rice. It starts by shredding those tender savory duck meat from the bone, then putting on the bun together with cucumber, basil, and scallion slices. Drizzle with Hoisin sauce for a perfect blend of sweetness, saltiness, and herbs.

Go for the buns if you like it light and refreshing. But if you want it more filling, order a cup of white rice. The flavor of the imported duck with soft meat and crispy thin skin stands out with just plain rice. You get to appreciate the succulent duck meat more.

Grouper with Pine Nuts and Fruits (1,288Php)
Meticulously fried to become golden in color then topped with a special sauce and grilled pine nuts
Grouper with Pine Nuts and Fruits

Grouper with Pine Nuts and Fruits is your sweet and sour fish brought to a whole new level! The fresh taste of this huge grouper is very noticeable despite the rich sweetness and fruity zest. The pine nuts add a soft texture and a nutty buttery hint to the dish.

Looks can be deceiving but a hint on the name should be a giveaway. This Grilled Grouper with Tofu in Mapo Tofu Style is quite serious when it comes to spiciness. If you've tried Paradise Dynasty's Poached Sliced Fish in Szechuan Chili Oil, the level of spiciness is comparable to that. For me who is not so into spicy food, the sauce gently burns my tongue to a point it's almost beyond my tolerance level. But the fresh grouper and tofu can still be tasted along with slight sweetness, and when combined with rice, I'd still go for another round!

Shanghai Style Braised Pork Belly (588Php)
A very famous dish in China where the pork belly is accurately glazed with various special sauces to achieve the right flavor
Shanghai Style Braised Pork Belly

Shanghai Style Braised Pork Belly is so easy to love with its mouthwatering tender meat and sweet sauce. Even if you don't prefer eating the belly fat, you'd be tempted to as it is soft, juicy, and flavorful. If you feel the guilt, then just take a bite of the leafy vegetable beside it!

To pair these new dishes, don't forget the Paradise Dynasty best sellers and favorites!

Signature Original Xiao Long Bao (6 pieces - 188Php, 10 pieces - 298Php)
Signature Original Xiao Long Bao
